Cancelation Policy

We ask you please reschedule or cancel at least 1 day before the beginning of your appointment or you may be charged a cancellation fee.

We understand that life can be unpredictable, and plans may change. However, to ensure that we can accommodate all our clients effectively, we have a cancellation policy in place. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment , we kind ask for make true the link in your text message or email (you will have 3 text with a blue link for make changes) at least 24 hours, after that the square app won’t let you make any changes by the link. This allows us to offer the slot to another client who might be on our waitlist.Cancelation or reschedule at the last time of your appointment 50% cancellation fee may be apply. No shows, no call or text will also be subject to 100% feee. We value your understanding and cooperation in this matter, as it help us maintain a high level of service for all our clients.
